How do you heal cuts on the inside of you mouth?

i bit it the other night and it is pretty big it turned all white and the pain is terrible i wanna cry

	I dont think there is a way to heal it. I tore the little plap that holds my gums to my upperlips once that hurt like heck and my lips always moved when I talked. I gave it time and it healed. I am still not sure how that happened. Just make sure you brush and try to keep your mouth clean that might help.
